Oren Schpizer, Adv., is an of-counsel at Kuttner & Co. with rich experience in providing legal support to foreign and Israeli clients in a broad spectrum of areas related to the corporate and commercial law.
With his extensive and diverse knowledge, Oren has accumulated experience in the areas of personal capital management, mergers and acquisitions, company takeovers, financing deals and complex collateral issues, venture capital deals, partnerships and joint ventures involving multiple jurisdictions, and international tenders of Israeli companies in domestic and foreign markets.
Oren specializes at every corporate and commercial aspect of the representation of international transactions, including industrial companies (private and public), hedge funds, financial institutions, high-tech companies (start-ups and experienced old companies), personal capital management, and so on.
Oren has accumulated experience in and knowledge of a wide range of commercial areas, including all types of commercial contracts, complex financing deals, investment agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, various sale and purchase agreements, manufacturing agreements, and agreements concluded with banks.
Oren provides day-to-day legal support to companies at any transaction stage from the initial stage to the transaction completion.
Oren holds a bachelor's degree from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree (M.BA) from the Technion.
