Shai Kuttner, Adv., is the founding partner of Kuttner & Co. and the head of the firm's International Commercial department, the Mergers and Acquisitions department, and the International Taxation department.
Shai is one of the top Israeli lawyers in the field of international commercial law and has unique multi-year experience enabling him to find creative solutions for his clients based on his extensive knowledge of the international market in general and European market in particular.
The vast international experience he has attained at the offices of leading foreign lawyers in the United States and Europe helps Shai simplify complex processes and bridge cultural gaps arising in the field of international trade with respect to law and business culture.
Shai is a founding partner of one of the first foreign law firms to be established in The Netherlands (in 1991) - SBL, a firm that employs lawyers and tax consultants working, among other things in the areas of corporate law, investment, taxation, and dispute management.
Shai provides legal support to a wide range of international companies as well as leading Israeli companies operating abroad, keeping a close watch on the client's interests and believing that by maintaining the best interests of all the parties it is possible to shorten processes and come to agreements that survive the test of time under volatile business circumstances.
