Eytan Turjeman, Adv., is a partner at Kuttner & Co. in charge of the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on the hi-tech world and international agreements.

Eytan is a lawyer with a unique and exceptional approach who believes that in every conflict there is an opportunity for mutual growth, and that a lawyer's goal is to empower their clients and to bring them to work in harmony so as to enrich and develop both parties to an agreement, contract, or merger.

With his extensive experience both in providing legal support to companies and as a partner in a number of high-tech companies, one of which performed a successful exit in 2018, Eytan gives a comprehensive response to a broad spectrum of issues in the corporate, high-tech, and international agreement areas, while personally supporting the founders from inception to ongoing activity in Israel and abroad.

Alongside his work as a lawyer, Eytan is a spiritual guide. In this capacity he teaches and oversees workshops around the world. As befits the firm's spirit, Eytan espouses legal representation founded on the principles of mutual respect and fair cooperation as a way to satisfy at fullest the parties' interests and believes that within every dispute lies a key to empowerment from which one can learn while protecting the client's interests at the same time.

As part of his intent to interweave his worldview into the business and legal world, Eytan pursues a Master's degree in the Conflict and Dispute Resolution program at the Faculty of Law of the University of Oregon (UO) in the United States.

Having graduated in Israel, Eytan interned with the firm Baruch, Gross & Co., where he stayed after completing the internship, mainly in the hi-tech and litigation departments, whereupon he worked as an independent lawyer. From 2001, Eytan has been collaborating with Shai Kuttner in his Israeli and international activities.
