Partner
Attorney Eytan Turjeman is a partner at Kuttner & Co. and leads the firm’s corporate law practice, with a specialization in the high‑tech sector and international agreements. Eytan combines extensive legal and business experience, having served as a partner in several technology companies — one of which completed a successful exit in 2018 — and provides clients with comprehensive support from the earliest concept stages through ongoing operations in Israel and abroad.
Eytan is known for a unique professional approach that views every conflict as an opportunity for mutual growth. He believes that the role of an attorney is to empower clients, foster respectful and collaborative communication, and guide the parties toward agreements that advance both sides in any contract, negotiation, or merger. Alongside his legal work, he is also involved in spiritual guidance and leads workshops in Israel and worldwide, integrating human depth with legal professionalism.
Eytan completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Conflict Resolution at the University of Oregon School of Law (UO), bringing advanced conflict‑resolution and mediation tools into his legal practice. He previously interned at Baruch Gross & Co., where he worked in the high‑tech and litigation departments, and later practiced as an independent attorney. Since 2001, he has worked in professional collaboration with Attorney Shai Kuttner in both Israeli and international matters.
