Rinat Tzipori, Adv.

Rinat Tzipori, Adv., is a partner at Kuttner & Co. and is heading the Commerical Department, including commercial litigation, and the Commercial Real Estate Department.
Rinat provides legal counseling in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on close and ongoing counseling to corporations and major commercial entities in their day-to-day activities, including a wide range of agreements, contracts, and complex collaborations, as well as in various aspects of corporate governance.
Rinat has a great reputation and expertise in the area of commercial litigation with all its various features and facets. She assists in resolving legal disputes, including representation in all the instances.

In addition to ongoing representation, Rinat espouses Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), that is, resolving disputes between the parties without the court's involvement, and has been serving as a certified mediator for more than a decade.

Her acumen in the field of commercial law and her superior interpersonal skills did not go unnoticed by the courts, and for several years now Rinat has been serving as a special manager on behalf of the official State Receiver in bankruptcy cases.
In addition, Rinat has a lot of experience in handling and supporting complex real estate deals, including those pertaining to the hospitality industry, and among other things purchases and sales of real estate, supporting the deal on both the real estate and the corporate levels, negotiating with various authorities, handling commercial lease agreements, and so forth.

Rinat interned at Selinger & Co. law firm, where she was employed as a lawyer, and at the same time stood at the head of a private commercial law firm for several years. Rinat joined Kuttner & Co. in 2013.
